Double post
It's just i3-2350M dual core processor. Not a bargain
N.A.B.
Not a Bargain. JB Hi-Fi had $508 last week (down from $598) i5 Samsung with dedicated graphics, 500G, 4G.
The only redeeming bit about this laptop is the 2yr warranty. Other than that, "good specs"? Not really, $600 is a bit too much for a Core i3 laptop.
And you can take it home for 60 days & return for an easy refund.
on what basis can u return it? one little scratch and no refund possibble….
on what basis can u return it?
Change of mind. No need for a scratch.
The long warranty, ability to return for full refund during that period if almost anything goes wrong (thats been my experience), plus easy 'Change of mind' refund within 60 days are about the only good things about buying from Aldi. I've had a Medion PC & laptop.
Support has been terrible - they usually just tell me to get a refund rather than repair. Often I have to educate them how their product works, which is just wrong.
I repeatedly complained by email & phone about faults in an Aldi PVR 4 months ago - still no response. Getting a refund on it was so easy.
My advice - avoid buying from Aldi.
Not a deal
I agree not a bargain. Hpdv6 Quadcore i7 couple weeks ago for an extra $27.50 was a bargain
No deal
No deal.
HP with i3-2350 only $399 centrecom (add $69 for 8gb RAM and made by HP)

Fantastic post,
Thanks for the link.
you can have similar spec laptop at centrecom for $450
Generally been happy with previous Medion offers - PC and Laptops - but this really doesn't cut the mustard. Pity.
Thumbs down gladiator, are you not entertained !
The only laptop post which doesn't show what cpu it has in title.
It's a 2nd gen i3. Not a bargain imo
I'd rather buy a 11" lenovo.
