Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus Pre-Order Bonus Bundle Issue

Anyone have the issue of not being allowed to choose which bundle to receive from their pre-order?

I brought my s22+ at Officeworks and there was only one bundle option i could select however as advertised there are 3 bundles to choose from in there Terms and Conditions and during Officeworks website

  • Haven't got my pre-order and can't yet redeem the bundle as I don't have the IMEI, but yeah the Samsung website is shoddy.
    Try emailing [email protected] but they've been hopeless for me this year.

      • Oh, yeah I meant the promo team. Call 1300 362 603 between 8am-8pm, press 9 for more options then select I think 5? for the promo team.
        I think they're centrally located in India so they seem to know what they're doing.

    Wireless stuff or earbuds

    It was the ultra that had 3 choices

    It's clearly in the terms of the offer

      No, it says s22+ has 3 types of bundles to choose from. The ultra just has more products included.

    I had a similar issue - my understanding is at this stage youre clicking on "Yes i want the bundle" and then when they process it, Samsung will email you a voucher, which you can THEN use to select the gift option. I hope so at least!

  • Has anyone managed to go through the hoops to claim a janky gift with this phone? I purchased through Optus, I've got the proof of purchase and I'm logged into samsung's crappy website. I've then had to log into another portal (their redemption portal) with different login details and I've clicked the claim a gift with a purchase tab. I've then tried on three different browsers to click the drop menu to pick what I purchased and it simply doesn't work. I tried a couple of weeks ago and decided it must have been becuase the device wasn't officially launched but it's the same tonight. I've tried this from Chrome, Edge and Safari. F'ing annoying to say the least.

    • got an email back from samsung, they need to verify my invoice then they will send a promo code to checkout the bundle gift

      • So the website worked for you? I might have go contact customer support and try to do it through them

        • yep use the redemption website to upload your invoice and details then wait for them to get back to you

          • @engin3chas3r: Someone sent me a link to the portal that works. The one from the offers tab apparently doesn’t

  • Hey all, anyone manage to successfully receive the Promo Code from Samsung yet? It's been over a week for me since I submitted the claim and still nothing! Samsung ohone & email support has been absolutely pathetic!

    • Just logged into Samsung to check what was going on with mine. Submitted Friday 4th, validated Monday 7th, and then they say to wait 7 days after validation to receive the code email.

      Bit annoyed to have heard nothing yet as i had to get a cheap case while waiting, but yeah hopefully i'll get the voucher code email on Monday.

        Just got my code. Bonus gifts claimed, checked out and good to go..

        Order confirmation says nothing ships until March 24th.

          I finally received my code as well. did you choose delivery or in-store pickup? I took the in-store pickup option & hoping the Samsung Experience stores will get stock before the 24th of March! fingers crossed

                Samsung are very slow in providing the redemption code. Hopefully you will get a reply next week.

        • BTW, I went for the triple charger and have only now discovered in the small print that it isn't compatible with my Samsung Gear S3 frontier watch. Ffs!!

          Also have had to order high speed charging cables from Amazon because the 65w wall charger doesn't come with any cables in the box

            @Orangewarrior77: @Orangewarrior77 Happy to exchange if I can't get the triple charger as when I redeemed, it only allows to select one option and I am not sure what the option is as I am after the trio charger.

  • got my codes (2 codes, 2 phones.) website was shit yesterday and took me several hours to actually add bundles to cart. worryingly I only got a confirmation email for the second order, not the first (used guest account, got order number but stupidly didn't save it)

      • when the codes came through on the 14th, so that night. still no confirmation email on the first bundle i ordered. im sure i could follow it up with samsung but given nothings shipping yet im not panicking yet. half expecting the shipping confirmation to come through as normal, if it doesnt, then ill kick up a stink

    looks like samsung is shipping out in parts. got the 2 wireless chargers today but the fast chargers and cases are still 'pre-order'

      my orders are still pending & no emails from Samsung yet either! pretty pathetic effort by Samsung really!

      • bugger hope yours come soon. im still waiting on news on the other items.
        The trio charger is great. It's not quick, but very convenient, can charge 2 phones at once plus watch. Works with my Jabra 85T's also which is handy

  • Got my code today and claimed. To be shipped 28th April for both Trio & Wall chargers.

  • who here has already received all the items from their pre-order bonuses??? unfortunately for me I have only received 1 out of 4 items so far. the rest have no eta! Samsung online support has not been of any help either. not sure if I will ever receive my products

  • Just received a SMS text this morning that it will be delivered on Tuesday. BTW, I did not have the options to select which gift to get so not sure what I will receive though ( Woolworths Mobile Plan)
