  • Just curious how does it compare to the ALDI garden pump.

  • It will be a necessary tool for every house.

Haven't felt the need for one yet. Do you know something I don't?

What is your minimum water level for dirty water?

  • I bought the Ryobi One and I reckon it is similar to this. Does anyone know what's the extension tubing I need to buy to fit the black adapter that is shown in this photo?

    • Just cut it and you can use standard garden hose adapter.
Or you can get bigger hose. They sell em as accessories for Ryobi.

    • Bought the Ryobi one last week. We fitted a normal garden house to it

      • You mean you fitted a 13mm garden hose to it? How did you manage that?

        • Cut the plastic til the threaded section then fit standard garden hose adapter.

    • I got this as Bunnings were OOS and same price -> https://www.totaltools.com.au/117581-saber-25mm-x-10m-pump-h…

Bought Ryobi one last week (Brisbane floods) as well, it turned out to be a lifesaver as it saved our house from flooding. Bought a grey water hose and a clamp for optimal performance.

      • Which model did you get? What's the minimum water level for the pump to operate? Thx

Got this one. Pretty sure the min water level is 5.5 cms

    Missing important info

    1. Does it need to be fully submerged to operate?
    2. If so, what is the minimum height of water it will get down to? And does it have auto shut off due to overheating (I'm assuming it can pump water low enough that the water is no longer deep enough to cool the pump)?
    3. Is it suited for 24/7 operation? Ie: powering a water feature
    4. What head can it push vertically?
    5. Is it noisy?

      This guy pumps.

    • Good questions! Specs are severely lacking.
The Ryobi at Bunnings is only $30 more, so I'd be avoiding.

looking at the picture, it wouldn't work if water is less than 40mm deep?

  • what is the output pressure in Litres per hour?

    • Maximum Flow Rate:13000 L/h
