I never did understand why protein bars are so freaking expensive. There are lots of competing brands but they're made of very cheap ingredients and still cost $5+
Snickerdoodles are about as far away from protein bars as one can get. 🤢
Yeah totally agree; maybe if they had a more realistic price to start with, they wouldn't have any very short dated boxes left on their hands.

Yeah they taste great but only because they are basically a normal cookie.
They are not a proper protein bar equivalent.

Only a fool would consume these for "health" but as a tasty snack they are great.
If you're just buying these for the taste, might as well make your own, which would taste better and be much fresher.
@jv: I make cookies often. But they're not wrapped in convenient packs I can grab from the pantry and chuck into my bag, plus for $10 like in this deal I'm not really gonna be ahead.
Can get some pretty nice "tasty snack" cookies at the supermarket for under 10 bucks
One could also argue that only a fool would pay this price for them anyway, let alone the RRP, given they're just crap food with a heap of sugar, and sugar is insanely cheap (which is one reason they use so much of it).
