    The real money auction house is. However it's supposed to be based on the region you register it in, so in theory it doesn't matter which version you buy, just what details you use to register.

      It is highly likely that RMAH will be locked to the region you BUY it from.
      
      So you would be locked to EU RMAH in this case.

      Well Blizzard themselves have said it's tied to the region you register it in, but who knows if it stays that way. I'll try and find the post from them if you want.

  Because it's the collector's edition which is limited in quantity, so if you don't order it before it's released then you'll almost certainly miss out.

      I suspect a second batch of them was released. Certainly it doesn't seem as exclusive as previous Blizzard CEs.

Hi guys,
I pre-ordered this item when it was advertised and it arrive first thing in the morning today! Whoohoo! Great stuff. The item was well packaged and it was delivered via express-post. There is even a "security seal" taped on the postage box.
