We had one of these, nice idea and you feel like a real barista, but the problem is that in a house where you only have one or two cups a day it takes ages to fill up and ours would get all mouldy which I don't think is at all healthy. Nowadays it just goes in the organic waste bin. But this is fine i guess if you're going to empty it regularly.
1 knock on the edge of the garbage bin and its gone. Unless you don't have a garbage bin, this is a waste of $$ lol
Na, knock boxes work better. If you get the bang wrong on the side of the bin, half the coffee will go on the floor. It’s also less hygienic and not a great look when you have guests around

What's the chance that this is a genuine "we're trying to source enough stock at the lowest price we can / trying to negotiate for more/cheaper stock with the supplier, in order to honor these orders" vs "we're pretending to look for stock, and will hold on to your money and cancel the orders later"?
Email doesn't actually commit to supplying the item whenever it's back in stock - just that they will "do their best" to source it.

I've ordered one as a Xmas present.
Considering the minimum spend was meant to be $100 I'm surprised they didn't just straight up cancel.
I recall seeing a fridge deal that was originally a pricing error / incorrect coupon coding, but that Appliances Online ended up re-posting as a legit offer for a limited time. Whether that was genuine, or the whole thing was a set-up, I have no idea…but if it was genuine, then it might indicate that Appliances Online have a willingness to honour errors as a gesture of goodwill.
Fingers crossed that is the case, and that this willingness extends to this off-shoot company! :)

Handle is much easier to remove than I was expecting, was having second thoughts on not getting the removable handle version.

My order had an ETA of 22 April. Received a call today telling me that they are having problems getting stock but are expecting to send it out end of April to early May.
I was quite confused with the call initially. The person had a heavy accent and he mentioned something about a "coffee bin". Had a complete mind blank that I bought this. The power of OzB!

Got an SMS for delivery of one of my orders coming tomorrow - yay!
Although the order number doesn't match either of my orders…is there a way to translate the order number from the delivery SMS with the original order numbers from the order confirmation email? I'm no code breaker, but the number seems totally unrecognisable to me (ie. no matching numbers)…
So j just got a delivery window text message for today, with ANOTHER different order number! Doesn't match either of my orders (but in a more consistent format), nor the previous system (which had a wildly different format). Dunno if it's because it was backordered, and created a new order number (without send a new email)?

Ok, so I got a delivery email too, which provides more detail:
The DDxxxx number from the second text is the Delivery Docket number.
The SOyyyy number from the original invoice is the Order number.
There is also a Czzzz number which is an account number!
They also have fields for Quotation number & Customer order number! (Empty on mine)None of those numbers matches the first text I got.
Delivery is for the Bang Bang Mini (so my large one must still be in the backordered queue).
The order confirmation email shows the "requested" delivery date is 18th Jun 2022. One day later, i received another email saying it cannot be dlievered by the stated delivery date, but they are doing their best to source the item….
Then I have not heard from them since then. Anyone else has the same experience?
Yep same situation. I just gave them a call and the girl on the phone said that they have plenty of stock on hand and will have one delivered for me tomorrow. Just give them a call to arrange delivery.

I didn’t end up ordering the EM0100 as the deliver date was in June so I opted for the slightly dearer EMA0900 which had a shorter wait.
Got a call, aus post, got tracking info
finally received mine today. it is HUGE!!!
Mine arrived yesterday. It’s small and fits nicely on the tray when not in use so glad I bought the EMA0900 now.

I am - but my original order had "delivery requested" (the earliest option that was available to me) for 24 June, so I'm assuming mine will be sent out then.
I'm sure I could call up and get it sent out earlier, but I'm lazy, and don't really need it right now anyway!
(I have already received my other order, for the smaller one, which had an earlier delivery date.)

No there isn't. Even if they are the same beans, it may require different grind setting due to variations in the beans, roasting variance, age of the beans, condition under which they were stored, grinder you are using etc etc. Too many variables.
Having said that if you are used to your grinder, you shouldn't have to pull more then 2 or 3 shots to dial it in
