  I have ordered three or four things from fishpond, all at a great price and with fast shipping. The last thing was a textbook that was about $50 cheaper that anywhere else. So thanks for the code!

  Great. I can order something, be told repeatedly that it's in stock, then get told a month later they don't have it. Then once actually got something in (VERY rare), they'll spend 2 weeks waiting to ship it out. Then for some odd reason which I'm sure has nothing to do with them not being truthful, packages will take 2 weeks to arrive with aus post (this has happened 3 times).

  Then to top it off get told you're not entitled to a refund of your gift vouchers and having to send email after email to get the value, with each email getting a copy and paste response.

  Neg as an example of how to not run an online store.

    Perhaps, it so happen that what you orders are not so widely available. I work for a school and we have ordered thousand of dollars worth of books and dvds from Fishpond. Most items arrived within 2 weeks. 1 or 2 items out of 50 in an average order takes longer to arrive but everything do turn up in the end.

      When it days "fast shipping from our warehouse", I think anybody would assume it actually means fast shipping from their warehouse.

  Thanks Goldie, been wanting to order Electrical Trade Principles for the past week hoping for a better find on the net, with the code, I ordered the book, hopefully I get it soon unlike some some Ozbargainers experience with you. I also need Electric Circuits Fundamentals 7th Ed but you dont have it in stock…..new version is a bit too expensive.
