Not as good as previous $16 deal (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/67131) but still great price. I believe that just 2 refills are retailing for ~$19 on their own.
I bought mine just last week from Big W for $27 :(
+2 votesThis is a good deal if it comes with the base. We use higher quality Oral-Bs here, but the base for this one recharges those and is much smaller. Also good for travel. I am a devotee of Oral-B and think they are one of the best investments you could possibly make. My first lasted over 10 years. I never got a comment about how I could brush better from the dental hygenist after buying an Oral-B. Previously, every time, I'd get the lecture. I am certain that it has more than paid for itself in dental costs avoided.

My base is broken, so a handy deal.
brucefromaustralia on 07/05/2012 - 15:33 ¶Thanks! Will try Woolies tomorrow, and if unsuccessful - Target on Wednesday.

Even better if you can also get it from Woolies.
When my old Oral-B died sudden death last week, I found them advertised for $24.95 @ Shaver Shop (on Westfield website). However, they claimed this was not authorised and the price in store is $34.95 (with supposed 10% discount). So I headed to the next cheapest - Big W. On the way there I checked one of the supermarkets but must have gone to Coles not Woolies :(Never mind, great price regardless where you end up buying it.
And yes, it comes with smaller charge base (compared to previous Vitality).

chansthename on 07/05/2012 - 23:25 ¶the triumph one is a much better toothbrush, but also more expensive.
IMO if you can afford it spring for the triumph, it's a much better brushing experience
+1 voteI don't know about the triumph, but AFAIK and experienced the better Oral B toothbrushes have higher and more consistent head speed. I got a Vitality for free and now only use it as my travel toothbrush. Just dont feel like you're getting anywhere. But then if you like using soft toothbrushes this might be up your alley.
brucefromaustralia on 09/05/2012 - 18:16 ¶In Brissie, 5 left at Buranda, none at Carindale (2pm today)
+1 votelunar_wolf on 09/05/2012 - 19:36 ¶Just keep in mind guys, this is only for the Oral -B Vitality with the Precision Clean brush heads. Tried picking up the ones with the Pro-White and Sensitive Clean brush heads and found them to still be the normal price.

seems like a good deal - but, last time Target had a really good Oral-B deal, there were none to be found in my local store (Erina, NSW) and no one there knew anything about it - even though it was in the catalogue
hopefully, this one will be better stocked
