Philips site specified which retailers are valid for the claim. Unless KG is trading as a different name on the invoice, I don't see them as one of the approved retailers

If you are close to Costco and is a member, they are on sale for $359 with no cash back.

    • See no reason for KG to not be eligible

      • See no reason for KG to not be eligible

JCRALLYART just gave you a reason.

I don't see them as one of the approved retailers

    • I check costco's website and cant see this on special.

  • KG should be eligible according to condition 5:

To submit a Cash Back Offer (“Claim”), the Claimant must:
    a) Purchase an Eligible Philips Product(s) (as set out in Clause
    16) from any participating Australian retail store during the
Promotional Period and follow the steps below. Trade seconds
products are excluded. Please note that Big W, Target, Costco
and JB Hi-Fi Airport Stores are not participating retail stores for
    this Promotion.

    • Good that you check the clause. Even though I would just do a chat or email to Philips to get black/white confirmation as they always has a clause that Philips reserve the final right to decide whether a cash back is valid.

from any participating Australian retail store

Where does it say KG are a participating retailer?

I can confirm that KG is good for Phillips cashback. I bought the same Airfryer from KG a week ago and did cashback via Phillips without any issues.

I have received an email confirmation from Phillips that cashback has been accepted.

Previously being valid doesn’t mean it’s valid now.

I bought the same Airfryer a week ago and submitted the cashback on the same day, which was accepted by Phillips.

Which part of that escaped your understanding?

It’s a week later. Doesn’t mean KG is valid now.

I can also confirm KG is fine for cashback though this is not the cheapest. I paid around $285 after cashback five months ago . Refer to my post https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/667053

    • That was indeed a great deal

    • Crying that I missed out on that deal. Wonder whats the chance of that price happening again given current inflation
