Condom related of course.

This is the second most voted comment (not too far behind the one above).

A Paypal surcharge is against the terms of the Paypal User Agreement. Really, ITSpot should not be charging a 2.5% Paypal fee.
From https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/terms-outsid....
"You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as payment… the handling fee for transactions paid through PayPal may not be higher than the handling fee for transactions paid through other payment methods"

+1 votehighdealer on 10/05/2012 - 13:12 ¶yes it is
But remember itspot is the same as tech4u and megabuy, which doesnt have the best reputation
These guy take a very long time to deliver the product so if you would like to wait go for it
+1 votePlasticSpaceman on 10/05/2012 - 14:10 ¶I'll note that I've only ever had/seen one memory card fail (and I have a stack load from various companies) and that failure would be - a 'Team' brand 16Gb SD card purchased from 'shoppingsquare'. Now could simply be bad luck on my part, and of course these are USB keys not SD cards…. but just sayin'…
+1 votejust be aware of reviews of itspot

never bought from the before myself.. and probably wont take the risk…
buy at your own discretion.
+1 votesamfisher5986 on 10/05/2012 - 13:05 ¶None of those reviews are actually bad, just that after sales support is not great.
+2 votesrevolushenary on 10/05/2012 - 17:13 ¶If you think about it most people that give it a review would be those who had a bad experience. If you feel angered about a company you would go and put effort into bagging them out right? However if it came fine and you experienced no problems you don't generally go out of your way to rate it. hahaha Just my opinion on the ratings though

+16 votescuongizzle on 10/05/2012 - 14:32 ¶Why even bother buying a USB 2.0 drive? They're gonna be worthless soon when USB 3.0 devices become cheap.
Suddo's waiting til USB 4.0 comes out so USB 3.0 become cheap
digitalaxon on 10/05/2012 - 14:17 ¶Clicking on Continue to place order but keeps going back to Delivery Information page - shopping cart emptied itself … And product (32gb) no longer listed… Can someone confirm 32gb is sold out please?

+2 votesThe first linky above, for "32GB Color Turn USB 2.0 Drive - Brown" description states "The 32GB Color Turn E902 USB disk, launched by Team, is in full consideration of capacity, price, and performance. With the Color Turn E902, users can store documents, media files, digital photos, and personal mails with its USB 2.0 hi-speed transfer performance. etc"
However, Team's own page, http://www.teamgroup.com.tw/filterable_product/tabs_detail/d..., states that E902 is a USB 3.0 drive (not USB 2.0).
Make it so on 10/05/2012 - 15:06 ¶interestingly, most other websites selling this model also advertise it as USB 2.0. Perhaps Team has changed their technology after selling a first batch, without updating the model number?
Not sure how much it matters, considering the upper limit falls within USB 2.0 bandwidths. You wouldn't notice the difference.
c4ppuc1nn0 on 10/05/2012 - 15:20 ¶I think the newest product of team usb disk is USB 3.0 compliant, but what itspot is selling at the moment is the previous batch/version with USB 2.0.
However, only itspot who can answer this.
snorkelguru on 10/05/2012 - 15:45 ¶http://www.teamgroup.com.tw/filterable_product/tabs_detail/d...
they both are two different products

+3 votesI apologise for that, It appears to have been another glitch in the system. I will organise a refund for the orders that went through at $11.
The price has been moved back to $10 and I thank you for pointing this out for me!
Still plenty of stock available on all sizes!

They do, this image from a Google search shows it clearly.
And here is another one, the same as pictured in the link.

+7 votesI was also charged $11 for a 16GB stick. Contacted them and mentioned PJC case as above and sought a $1 refund.
Was told NO!
Email was brief:
Hi,
I am afraid not.
Regards,
Graeme Bell
Customer Service RepresentativeOnce caught by this company rest assured it won't happen again!

+4 votesSydney Guy on 10/05/2012 - 23:23 ¶No way would Graeme Bell get fired, as its part of the Megabuy group he'd probably get promoted for keeping up the great (bad) standards that they so are renowned for. Nic will probably say he'll implement more training and that somehow its the customer that was wrong and nothing at their end.
For what thomfam wrote I am voting negative for this deal. This is my first negative vote for a deal."ITspot 7 hours 41 min ago ¶
A refund for the $1 overpaid"
Apparently not:
"I am afraid not."So was the ITspot rep straight out lying? Were all the technical problems on their website on purpose to make more money (out of people who didn't notice)?:
"ITspot 8 hours 41 min ago ¶
We had a slight technical glitch, everything should be showing as advertised now. Thanks for the heads up!"
Hmmm… First neg vote and you base it on second hand opinion/stories, then throw in some conspiracy theories of your own?
Doesn't bode well for the future.
How about some actual experiences of the store or the product? Something that might be helpful?
This 'I heard from my sisters friend's brother's dog' stuff doesn't add anything.
If you don't know anything… Just don't vote
+6 votes0ptus_Fail on 10/05/2012 - 20:08 ¶This type of "customer service" makes me angry…
If that's how they treat a customer, i don't care how good the "deal" is.
Its a neg from me….
Only bad experiences from these guys by all the reading.. IT Spot, Megabuy, same thing
These are Old stock now, they have superseded these drives. Its just a way to get rid of them fast to make way for the new USB 3.0 version of the product.
+3 votesrevolushenary on 10/05/2012 - 20:41 ¶Your description says "free shipping" yet I'm being charged 95c for shipping?? I already ordered one and wanted another one however on the second one i'm being charged for shipping? Any help rep? Is it possible for you to double up my order as to avoid the USBs being shipped twice, I'm assuming you guys haven't shipped it out yet at this time.
+3 votesI was charged 95c for shipping as well … I order 4 of these (me and some friends went in on the one order) 2 x 32 and 2 x 16 and it even advises it's being shipped in 2 shipments? I thought the REP adv they had it all in stock so why 2 shipments? A little odd hopefully it ships out quickly other wise I'm going to go cold on this store.
