  • thanks, mission impossible and jurassic park sorted

    • Not taking a date ? Is that why you chose to watch mission impossible 😏

  • Most hoyts in melb have recliner for standard tickets… Any extra with lux?

Do you always answer your own questions?

      • haha just fyi it's a common trait of autism. I'm not saying that the person has it but just pointing it out.

    • As per the regulation, posts older than 1 year are not considered duplicates.

Sorry not sure how the Snacks in the description come into it? Is it just the 2 tickets for $25 (1 discover voucher)?

    • Yeah I'm confused too, the post isn't super clear unless I'm missing something

      • It's just 2 tickets for $25 (1 discover voucher). No popcorn and drink. Be careful though, I was charged $2 extra for Doctor Strange, because the movie was $13.50 each. That's what I was told.

This is better deal compared to Event Cinemas which took off the Discover - 1 Movie Ticket + Popcorn and Drink. Event Cinemas now have one or the other, Dine for Popcorn and Drink and Discover for a Movie Ticket Only. Which I find it's disappointing.

OZBARGAIN way is to take ur own snacks?

  • I used my discover voucher at Event Cinema gold class. On Mondays they do a $25 deal with a cinebuzz account. There's a small amount of difference I covered, I think was between 1$-$2.

That must be booking fee, around 3.5 each ticket.

Should be per booking, i mean what if someone bought 10 in one transaction why he she need tonpay 3.5x10? Ripp off

  • I haven't been to the cinema for ages, this may be a good opportunity :)

  • I noticed Top gun doesn’t work :(

    • Damn…. That's what I want to watch :(

    • That's strange. It's says to redeem in the cinema. Is that what you tried?

  • Did anyone try this online, it doesn't seem to work for Jurassic Park.

    • Redeem “in cinema” only, so won’t work online

  • Does this work to buy movie vouchers for use in the future?

  • Has anyone tried swapping out the popcorn and drink for anything else?

    • Didn't allow it at Eastgardens. Barely had ice creams to swap for.

Apparently you get 1 hour extra parking with ticket validation (normally only first 3 hours free).

Interested to know too. If anyone tried?

  • You can book movies online with this, but you can only use 1 voucher per a booking, which sucks.
