Vodafone Cash Back - When does the tracking start?

I just signed up to a HTC one X on a $49 cap through Starthere. Does the tracking of the deal start immediately? Because it has been a day now and I still don't see any tracking information.

    Hi,

    It usually only takes 24 hours to appear but can take up to 7 days. If the transaction hasn't appeared after 7 days please complete a transaction query form from your transactions page.

    Hi Steve,

    The transaction still hasn't come through but I'll keep waiting. I also did a Dell deal through starthere and I followed the instructions in the FAQs before I initiated the transaction yet it's still not tracking. Is this a common problem?
