Big W is running 20% off Lego as part of Click Frenzy for 2 days (starting Wed 25/5/22).
If you're after some Lego set, you might want to compare (Target is also running 20% off, but depend on the set their RRP might be lower/higher than Big W).

Also, some of their set are already 20% off on their ebay store ahead of time, so if you want to stack with some other offer like ebayplus or Shopback's ebay offer, you might want to look at their ebay store (you might be able to use certain ebay voucher too). I'm not sure if that's unintentional from Big W as usually their ebay store is in line with their main store (and a couple of set on my watch list was 20% this morning but then revert back to RRP now).

This is part of Click Frenzy deals for 2022

I find that LEGO is much more of a challenge when unsorted. But if you want to take all the fun out of it, by all means go ahead

      Ok

Never buy Lego from a dog….

        • +3

          Obviously a cat person….

    • What’s a “doggy” looking seller? I find dogs quite trustworthy

Totally don’t understand why I got neg, just stating the truth.

      • So just cause you can’t buy it to sell it for profit, this sale won’t appeal to others that just want to buy it and play with it?

        • +1

Honestly I never buy lego for profit. I’m just stating the truth lots of people of course in this forum buying lego purely for investment purpose, due to the facts I’ve listed, there is no longer profit hence they would give up, so 20% off lego isn’t good discount anymore as more products would be available on the market.

          • @rartelif: Fair enough, I didn’t neg you but that’s how I read your comment.

I always like these sales because I can easily buy a niece or nephew a last second present that doesn’t break the bank

Probably because your comment reads as a whinge about things largely considered positive.

"Too many products and too much discount" - how is this negative? Basically means there's something for everyone AND its cheaper!
If you're upset prices are lower later on, then, don't buy full price and wait for sales? You can't just selfishly want everyone to pay what you paid or more so you don't get buyer's remorse.
If you're looking at Lego as investment, well, yeah I guess you don't like sales, but that's the whole point of "investments". Nothing is guaranteed or foolproof and all investments carry risk.

I don't think complaining about low prices will ever go down well somewhere like OzBargain ¯_(ツ)_/¯

    • If i read the category correctly… lego is a toy brand… some shop category it as brick toy…

Get a share instead if you’re looking for investment

Check my previous posts mate, I posted more lego deals than 99% people in the forum.

As I stated above, I never bought lego for investment but lots of people here do. My point is due to the quantities and big discounts, investors are no longer interested in lego for investment purpose, so you should expect more discount than just 20% off. 20% off is just everyday price. I’ll only consider half price lego as deal except these exclusive ones.

        • My point is due to the quantities and big discounts

          Did anything change recently?

          • @Mistredo: No long shortage of stock, too many themes and lots of sales.

Eg target used to have 4 sales each year during school holidays. Checked recently they got an extra sale between Easter and efoy. Retailers need to move the old stocks to new ones, you should expect more discounts later on either catalogue sale or clearances

    DO YOUR RESEARCH!

60316 normal price is $99, vs $89 at Target vs $79 at Kmart.

Thanks to a special customer voucher I got mine for $61.90 at Target (and that’s before voucher + store cashback)…

  • Doesn't seem to be live yet..

  • +1

    • The 20% started but everything is delivery not available.

Edit: it's worked in a private tab and through CR app.

      • Thanks, ordered about an hour ago, CR tracked few minutes later and already got pickup confirmation
