It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?

  • broken link 🤷‍♂️

  • Looks like they're doing a few NBN deals:
    https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Acompare.econnex.com.a…

    https://compare.econnex.com.au/ozbargain-belong/
    https://compare.econnex.com.au/ozbargain-exetel/

Same $100 GC for each offer. Looks like some of the pages are going up/down (maybe still finalising/fixing)

    • Hey enigma48, Page is live and active, kindly go through https://compare.econnex.com.au/Ozbargain-superloop/ to grab this offer.

      • Will the Exetel link work as pasted above?

        • It doesn't if you click it, but I'm also interested in knowing when it will.

  • Damn if I wasn't already with Superloop I'd be on this.

Really good NBN provider. We had a couple of outages last year and they gave me a $50 bill credit.

Had stacked two referral codes also, which brought my plan costs down for 6 months. Highly recommend

    • +1

Jump to the Exetel deal then. (that's what I did)
They're owned by Superloop now and use Superloop Infrastructure.
Superloop even intend Exetel to be their Premium brand!

      • Ditto this

      • Oh wow, this is great to know.

        Thanks I'll check it out!

        • +1

Looks like it's expired already… probably cause of this deal.

          • @ESEMCE: Might be worth switching to Exetel regardless, as they offer unlimited data too

            • @starspawn: Hey lberation, Superloop also offers unlimited data, kindly go through https://compare.econnex.com.au/Ozbargain-superloop/ to view plans with Superloop.

              • @Manyo: I'm already with Superloop I'm afraid

                • @starspawn: Hey mate! that's really unfortunate for us

                  • @Manyo: can I exit superloop today then join yours tomorrow?

                    • @test8888: Hey test8888, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for this offer as you are already with Superloop, this offer is for new customer only

                    • +1

@test8888: I think your girl friend / wife / partner can be "new customer"…XD

  • You doing any gas / electricity deals soon?

    • Hey mate, yes there will be more deals coming for Electricity and gas! keep an eye out

  • Is there a "deadline" on when you have to activate?

    • +1

Hey there! yes, the last activation date should be before 30th June 2022, in order to be eligible for this offer.

  • When I go to the link, there are plans showing from Superloop and other providers, but there is no mention of the $100 Woolworths voucher.

What are the terms and conditions for this offer? The T&C's at the site appear to be general.

Can you churn away after 1 month and still get the $100 voucher?

If you get the Superloop NBN Home Standard for special price of $54.95, do you still get the $100 voucher?

    • Hey Ozybe, To be eligible to receive the $100 Woolworths Store Bonus eGift Card you must signup up via https://compare.econnex.com.au/Ozbargain-superloop/ and have successfully activated your broadband service, kindly signup through link mentioned above and terms and conditions are also displayed on the same link.

  • I am still waiting for the $100 gift card from last promotion. It’s near two months since I switched to superloop lol……

    • Hey Sampson, According to the terms and conditions you will receive your gift card within 90 days when signed up, we would appreciate it if you could send your reference number to [email protected], in order to investigate the issue further.

      • Thanks Manyo, I already sent my reference number to that email address. Hope to hear some good news from them.

I tried to move across from Aussie Broadband to Superloop back in March and didn't have a great experience.

We set a date to switch over with them and set up Aussie Broadband to disconnect the following day. On the day, I couldn't get a connection. I called when I got home in the evening but their support line was closed. I called Aussie and extended a week so i can work things out with Superloop. I called the next day, they done some troubleshooting and decided to log a ticket with NBN. I was emailed a day or so later to say it was fixed. I tested and still no luck. Once again, there lines were closed. I called Aussie again to extend - mind you they were open. I called Superloop, the girl let slip that they hadn't completed an isolation test so NBN rejected the ticket and Superloop closed it and told me it was fixed. She put in another ticket and told me that i should hear back in the next 2 BD. I didn't and decided to stick with Aussie and canceled Superloop. In between this was emails where I asked for them to call me as I was a new customer just trying to get a connection so I can work. Each time they refused and told me to just call. Aussie have always provided to me a service that has been worlds apart from others such as Superloop and Telstra. When it comes down to it, I have a job that relies heavily on having internet access and when I need support, Aussie has been the only ones that have provided me with great support. Wish they weren't so expensive though.

For what it's worth, I've swapped between aussie and superloop and both have had absolutely no issues. So likely you just got 'super' unlucky. I churn out each company after the 6 months. Just wish someone would offer 500mb or 1gb for less than $100. Optus are doing 99$ but you gotta stay 36 months due to a router I don't want.

      • Thanks for the feedback! I checked feedback for Superloop before giving it a go and they had generally favourable reviews. The experience I had with all but 2 people was lackluster at best. I think its one of those things where if you don't have issues with the connection you might not ever know but as you said, maybe I was super unlucky.

    • Hey MrJohnnyB, that was really unfortunate you were not able to sign up with Superloop previously, we would recommend you to give it another try, Sign up through https://compare.econnex.com.au/Ozbargain-superloop/ to avail this offer.

    • This is not totally out of the realm of expectation it seems. Though still pretty rare, there ARE bad reviews/experiences out there with Superloop, definitely more than Aussie. I used to be with Internode when they were bought out so I know all about bad service, it would take a lot more than $100 to convince me to jump through hoops. No issues with Aussie yet whatsoever.

  • Quick question, I was going to sign up (switching from Telstra, located in Mount Macedon, VIC) using the link, but when you put your address in it takes you to a different site to sign up (no longer in the 'ozbargain' link) will this still register we came from that original link?

Also, I have never switched NBN providers before, how long does the process normally take?

    Thanks for your time.

A couple of years ago when I signed up to Superloop during the evening, it swapped over within 5 minutes. This was on FTTN. No guarantees it will be that fast for others, of course.

  • +1

Hey dansozb, if you are signing up through https://compare.econnex.com.au/Ozbargain-superloop/, our team will automatically track your application, so no worries it is easier to switch your service provider. If you are already connected to NBN and would be using your own modem, your service will be transferred within 24 business hours.

However, if you would like to order a new modem from Superloop, it can take 3-5 business days to get you connected as the modem needs to be delivered first.

    • Hello @Manyo, When does this offer link expire? Cheers

      • Hey crazyanand, this offer will be valid till 27th May 2022

  • I churned away from Superloop about two and a half months ago… if I join back with Superloop with this deal am I eligible for the gift card?

  • Hey helmutiffe, According to Econnex Comparison terms and conditions for the $100 Woolworths Store Bonus eGift Card, you are eligible for this offer.

For Superloop, we can not guarantee if you will be able to get the 6 months promotional offer from Superloop.

    • how long do you have to stay in order to be to eligible receive the GC?

      • Hey There, According to the terms and conditions, if your broadband service is cancelled within the first 30 days the transaction would be deemed invalid and you will not be eligible to receive the offer.

        • so need to be with them for 2 months, as i believe they don't do pro-rata billing.

  • +1

Fishy on this as I still haven't had the one advertised last time and it's now been the 90 days. Got the confirmation of eligibility and email to say it was tracked, just nothing since.

    • Same here lol

    • +1

Hey mxlmxlmxl, According to the terms and conditions you will receive your gift card within 90 days when signed up, we would appreciate it if you could send your reference number and your query that you have not received your Gift card as 90 days are over to [email protected], in order to investigate the issue further.

      • Rather than copy pasting the same automated response, could you explain why you are delaying the delivery of GV beyond 90 days? Is it fair on your business ethics to make us chase you for the GV?

        • Hey vivmahi, as we are not authorized to ask for any personal details over this platform which are required to track your file, kindly DM us your email address and your reference number so that we can track your file and investigate the issue,

      • Can I still have this offer if I join now ?

  • According to the terms on the site, are "new customers" customers that have never been with Superloop before, or are you a new customer if you haven't been with Superloop within the past 6 months - which is what Superloop uses when it determines discount eligibility?

    • HeyJoel89, A new customer would be one who has never been with Superloop before. Customers who have been with Superloop need to wait for at least 12 months in order to sign up again and get the discount from the retailer. Customers can sign up prior to 12 months but there will be no discount from the Superloop's end.

      • Thanks for the reply. I'm a bit confused because in your reply to helmutiffe above you said they'd be eligible after only churning 2.5 months ago which definitely doesn't fulfil the "new customer" description you just gave. Can you kindly clarify if previous Superloop customers, that are not currently with them, would be eligible for your offer?

        • +1

Hey Joel, sorry for the the confusion. Let me explain it better, If a customer has churned away from Superloop, and wants to sign-up with them again, he/she will not be getting the 6 months promotional offer from Superloop that they are offering on their NBN plans. According to their terms and conditions any returning customer who has been with Superloop during last 12 months will not be eligible for their promotion

However, the $100 gift card promotion is undertaken by Econnex. According to the terms and conditions of this promo offer a customer should not be connected to Superloop for at least 3 months from the date of sign up. In order to get the gift card, you need to stay connected for at least 30 days.

          Hope this helps!

  • If I want to use econnex for electricity (for the cashback with shopback) and then for this deal for the gc, is that possible or should I just pick one? They will be within 3 months of each other.

    • Hey Cheapie, yes you are eligible for this offer, as both the sign-ups are for different products.

  • Signed up, thanks.

    • @manyo when would I expect to hear from Superloop? Been two hours with no sms or email from them regarding the order. Wanting it actioned today due to billing cycle of service I'm churning away from.

      • Hey Samba, Kindly DM us your reference number and email, or send your details with the query at [email protected], so we can track your application and see why the hold-up in your connection

  • Just switched across after being with the cold hand of Telstra for many years, the switch took about 5 minutes (applied at 7:52, confirmation of switch at 7:58)
I am still getting the slowest speeds, 24mps, (even though I am on a faster plan), but that is expected of my area (halfway up Mount Macedon), but so far the service and @Manyo here have been great.
    Thanks

  • Gift card turns up with a 3 month expiry period … which wasn't mentioned anywhere along the way.

Seems like a sh**ty way to do business.
