      The issue here is whether what you intend to buy falls closer to $30 or $50, to minimise waste/shortage of credit.

It's definitely on in SA as well even though there's no signage for it (at least there wasn't at the Marion store). I asked a staff member to look it up, and apparently they got it as a memo - it's part of their latest catalog sale which started today and goes for a week, so it should be nationwide!
