You can get 10% student discount by going to live chat, also another 10% off if you pay with xbox gift card from shopback. You need to apply the gift card to your Microsoft account. Then get the sales to place the order for you. Just make sure you have a good conversation with the sales before buying the gift card. So end price will be around $728
note that. 10% student discount via chat is only in the form of partial refund after the order has been delivered.
(also there is no "promo code" or "discount code" section in the checkout.If you ask the sales to place the order for you then they can just deduct the discount, i have had a chat with them online

It's still not that great of price at $798, but maybe with 10% student discount = $708.20 could be acceptable.
Isn't the keyboard $200 RRP? Would be better off going with this deal and then finding a sale on the keyboard?

I might have had a input on the pricing change or coincidental but when the JB Deal was posted, I chatted with sales support team to price match. (hence the pricing being exactly the same as pre-coupon amount)
Agent escalated to Senior Supervisor, and then Senior Supervisor emailed me yesterday and said it has been escalated to management for pricing approval. She said she will email or phone me once it is done but I replied back to her to see if they can include Surface Go 3 as well for pricing approval. (highlighted $547 on OW vs $598 on MS) and she said she will also escalate Go 3 as well.
I was doubtful on Pro 7 given that they don't have a bundle deal for personal product listed on their website but hopefully GO 3 pricing comes through.
I did the same and was watching the website whilst waiting for a call back. I sent another email asking if they could bundle a keyboard for the same price with the 5% discount JB Hifi offered yesterday. Still waiting for a response.
when you first raise the price match, did you send the screen shot of JB with the 5% off promo code as well?
I did, but even then, they were saying if it goes ahead it will be without that 5% off.Given that the JB deal and 5% is now dead, it will be a nice surprise if they end up giving us 7+ bundle for that price.
I only sent them the $898 bundle link and said that JB Hifi is offering another 5% off. The agent confirmed that the JB deal was valid and acknowledged the 5% off. I asked for a price match/beat based on the deal that was available then. I've saved a copy of the chat transcript.
Has anybody had their purchase go past pending since Friday evening?
