Can it really pump up a car tyre?
    Thanks

Have the older Micro USB version no problem to top up car tyre.

      • Looks like the listing is for the old Micro-USB version:(

The 1S is the USB-C version

    • I've done about 1.5 tyres with it

    • It's designed for topping up car tyres and works well for that, but if you're trying to pump it up from empty it'll overheat and/or will take an extremely long time. These battery-powered portable air pumps are not high-flow. Would not work for inflating air mattresses either since that would take forever.

yea i got mine for bike tyres and that seems about its limits
was about 30-60 secs for a 29x2.25 tyre to 30psi

        • @macmanluke:
So these are good for mountain bike tires then? I run mine at around 35 psi for cruising around town and I was holding off on this pump, because I was wary that it might not be adjustable to the low pressure high volume flow required for mtb

Went from about 23psi to 40psi on 3 car tyres with this unit.

i topped up 4 tyres from 35 to 40psi. takes a while to do. don't expect it to be quick like you are at the servo, and the tube gets hot after 2 tyres. So i waited a bit for it to cool down before doing the rest.

  • Looks like a life saver with a screw in a motorbike tyre stuck in middle of nowhere? with puncture repair kit also

  • If you buy a new Suzuki Swift Sport, they come with a cigarette port powered tyre inflator free!
