    Just like others, I too purchased the ‘complete’ package without second thought not realising there is basic plan. Went through the hassle of speaking to an agent to get the refund. Although I trust the refund should occur, can anyone confirm contrary to other comments above I can use the same CB account but with difference email account to sign up to redeem this offer?

      Guess so. There are a lot of myths around VPNs, some people buy into it without actually needing it I'd say. I think the main reason to get it would be changing your location. If you're on HTTPS sites all your info is already encrypted so having a VPN won't make a difference, it will just show the VPN provider what sites you're accessing rather than your ISP. With the Five Eyes having their fingers in absolutely everything these days I don't think this is any better. If you want privacy use the Tor network.

    Nord or PIA ( have this already till Nov 2023).
    But $7 is a steal for 2 yrs.
    Bought PIA via SB, and although it was tracked, there were a few issues with what was sold vs what the plan ended up being.

      Thanks, wondered why it jumped from last night when I looked, purely a Nord cookies thing. They just create a fake timer with 9h40m on it for the "sale" and extra discount which resets when you clear cookies. Kind of don't wnat to go with them again just for that

    I've cancelled my original order that included "add-ons" I did not want but were "sneaked-in" to my basket.

    I can confirm Netflix US does not work on smart TV with NordVPN.
    Most of their severs have been blocked by Netflix.
    Only some countries can be access from mobile or desktop version.

I looked through the cashback account and cant find any transaction history, even though I purchased through the cashrewards app. (I'm not talking about trackback, just can't see a transaction).           Normal time for it to appear as pending on the app seem to be 1 to 2 hours for this deal.
          If it doesn't appear within 1 or 2 days, I suggest you reach out to CR or cancel (as you have 30 days guarantee from NordVPN

    PSA: NordVPN now use an auto-renewal subscription model, so you should disable that if you don’t want to be charged a full fee in two years. Here’s how:

    Head to NordAccount, login, and open the 'Billing' section. [Billing is under the burger menu on mobile]
    When in the 'Billing' section, click on the 'Subscription' tab.
    Click on 'Manage' next to Auto-Renewal.
    Choose to 'Cancel auto-renewal'.
