+2 votesThings are too expensive in Ausie just because we don't have enough tight asses in here. People keep paying ridiculous prices without complain so the companies don't have to bother lowering the prices.
It was amazing how all the air lines in the world know that they should charge double when an Australian buys an air ticket. I was reading on forums that it's cheaper to book two return tickets from UK than buying one return ticket originating from Aus. We either live with too many rich people who don't care abt the price or too many idiots who don't understand that they are paying double for the same service. Hope OzBargain will one day make all Ausies think smarter and look for bargains so that those rip off prices has to come down some day.

spawnpoint on 20/05/2012 - 15:58 ¶paypal surcharge? But anyways you should use paypal in case they don't deliver within a month. That way you can claim your money back if it goes out of stock rather than waiting for them to fill stock.

the '£' symbol is the pound symbol, so I assume its not in AUD.
best to put in the AUD price so we know how much it means for us ;)
