    All screens have 12 months replacement warranty.

  2. May I trust your Techie?
    Our techies are all full trained for replacing screen, we do every job carefully and professional, never missing screws or parts. We are happy our customers to inspect our job at any time.

  3. Is the screen original or generic?
    The digitizers and LCDs we used are generic. However, you won’t tell the different. We guarantee you have the same touch screen feeling as your old one. If you are not satisfied with our products, full refund will be given after you return it within 7 days.

  4. Why is so cheap?
    We have proficient skills and buy bulk screens from suppliers.

  5. Why take 2 - 4 hours for an iPhone screen replaced?
    We have lots of jobs everyday, can not do your job straight away. However, please talk to our receptionist if you need your phone to be repaired urgently. We may do it within 30 minutes!!

  6. To SOME of repairers, who defame us.

        I think "thelastnoob" was referring to the full warranty being void if a non authorized agent fixes your broken screen, eg: phone is still in full warranty and you get the screen fixed by this mob and two weeks later something else goes wrong with your phone. Had An authorized agent done the screen repair your new fault would be covered under warranty.

        If you're honest, and the glass was broken through no act of mistreatment, Apple will quite often replace your phone for free. Keyword here is to be honest. If they smell a rat, you'll be paying the $99 fee to get a new one.

          I just had mine done (4S), tried twice but they both said it wasn't covered under warranty. It's also $229, not $99 :-(

          No for glass only it's $99.

          @nickxau there is no official policy so who can really refine it, but if your iPhone comes in, and is COVERED is scratches, dents around the metal parts, all dirty etc, it's going to be obvious you haven't given your phone enough care.

    If your screen breaks just take it to apple. I broke my screen 6 months ago & took it to local "phone repairs" person. They stuffed my phone & said it was my fualt. The people have no offical training by apple & are just working off ways to do it on the internet. Spend the extra $$ & get it fixed legit & never have any worries

    Guys,
    I cracked my 3GS glass and was looking for a solution… and now have a perfectly working 3GS again!
    If you know how to undo a screws and pull a flat surface out using a suction and disconnect and reconnect 3 cables. Then you can do this by yourself. Its not complicated but it is a sensitive thing to play with. If you like to take up on this challenge you can buy the entire screen assembly from ebay for very cheap price and give it a go. If you like to save even more you can just buy the top glass and replace it, top glass only with tools can be found on ebay for under $10. There are tones of videos on utube showing how you can do this…
