Thinking to buy a Roborock Robot Vacuum Cleaner. How can I check if the seller is selling Australia stock in ebay ?
Does there is a website to check if they are authorized Roborock seller ? Is SydneyTech ebay is authorized seller of Roborock vacuum?
What happen if I am not buying from Roborock official Australia website, will Roborock honour Australia warranty from other seller if there is problem with the vacuum robot?
Other than warranty, make damn sure the seller didnt sent you a T version of the Roborock which is China only and cannot have full functionality overseas. The App will not let you access the vacuum at all to do things like mapping and other cool stuff.

I messaged Roborock last night. And they replied as below:
"Please be advised that SydneyTech store on eBay is not one of our authorized resellers.
For reference, the authorized Roborock retailers contain Gearbite, MobileCiti, AllPhones, and Robot Specialists. Retail Stores are: Harvey Norman, Bing Lee, Godfrey's, and Joyce Mayne".
And they also confirmed that the warranty of the device is not liable if it is not purchased from one of our authorized resellers."
Call Roborock and ask them if SydneyTech is an authorized retailer.
Sorry, wait till tomorrow after 9AM…. And also ask them about international warranty in OZ or coverage of overseas about product warranty in OZ.
