  • no to happy with this one.
i have bought something else from you before and enjoyed it. it had a black and white label, please bring that back.

    • I didn't like it originally as tasted burnt but after getting the brew guide realised I was significantly over extracting. Seems to be a darker roast than what I usually use so after grinding a fair bit coarser and reducing the brew time in line with brew guide, it tastes much better (sweeter, notes of caramel come out better etc.).

      • Where can I find the brew guide for this?

        • +1

Was emailed on 22 June, also here

      • interesting, i will try courser and hopefully i get the same experience as you. I already switched to Columbian Coffee from Airjo, until i buy another kilo of whatever is on sale on ozbargain.

        • Yeah, I'm the same, I stock up when around $30 per kilo delivered. I usually switch between Lime Blue and Coffee on Cue. LB is pretty consistent, CoC have some great blends and some which I think are just OK but overall it's good they change it up a bit.

      • How did you deduct the grind size from the brew guide?

        • +1

Need scales :) Keep dose (20.5g) and time (30 sec) the same, then adjust grind to get the desired yield (45g). If you're getting more than 45, grind finer. If less, then grind coarser.

  • I buy these always when on special but mostly buy from Sicilia.
