Hey all, rookie question - is the cash back capped at $20 per transaction or $20 per login?
@rishmeister: Caps are usually per member. Only if the site states so is it per transaction. If there's no mention one way or the other, then it's per member.
My cc payment is not going through. Regular FC online customer. Anyone else having the same problem? My CBA credit card had adequate availability, I'm getting the netcode sms - so the cc details are obviously correct - and I'm carefully typing in the netcode. Have now done twice. Message is -
"Processing & Finalising your payment…
This may take a few minutes..
There was an error finalising your purchase.
Retry
(You have not been charged)"

My cash back just tracked - after 2 1/2 hours.
Last time the same thing happened to me, the cashback didn't track. Luckily I never pick up my order until my cashback is confirmed.
In this case, my order got cancelled after 5 days but I had to ring FC customer service to ask for the refund.
Yep. I also only do cash back on click and collect - and don't collect if it doesn't track.
$142 order submitted at 1.30pm went through fine. Cashback has not tracked yet but It says up to 2 days to track on shopback site.
