make sure you know what the returns policy is in case you get a fake product
with Amazon returns are fairly easy
with your brick and mortar store, chances of fakes are lowEbay plus got free return policy even for wrong purchase. But Amazon charger $7 or more for wrong purchase return.

He has posted Wingspan posts before, which have fakes and was moved to forums because of low quantity. Unless he is some Wingspan aficionado, why would he post it again? OP knows the rules and changed his quantity for his listing but too bad it was moved because of the other links he used as cover.

I have no comment on if the seller is legitimate or not, but this is a very good point - this is an old version which does not include the Swift Start pack (a tutorial for the game with some extra cards).
