Original Post

Just found out from a Vodafone store that the Galaxy S III is on sale today at midday.

The cheapest plan option was a 16GB version $29 plan + $35pm over 12 months = $768! Thats even cheaper than Kogan!

The 32GB is $29 + $40 over 12 months = $828

    • Yeah cus it's their fault Vodafone sucks? Get real.

  • Is 32GB and 64GB going to be released in Aus?

    • From Virgin Mobile website

      Coming Soon
The 32GB will be available in late June. Why not check out the 16GB? Or we can let you know when it's available.

  • i got 6 special business deal

explain .. how we can benefit :)

  • So how many people can confirm they got this phone on the $29 plan with $35 handset repayment over 12 Months (NOT 24!)?

Has anyone been charged $40 per month? In store or online?

    • I think the issue is that the poster relied on leaked deals, which turned out to be incorrect once they were officially released. However he hasn't changed the title yet.

      • No it was changed by a mod, then at least on person confirmed they got it at $35 - but only in store, so it was changed back again.

Probably just a staff error due to misinformation on the day, but I'd still like to know peoples hands on experiences.

    • For anyone interested, the actual in store price is $40, but I was able to get it for $35 because staff are still spreading misinformation, saying it's 35…it's not.

  • Marked as expired as the pricing now seems to be $29+$40.

Managed to get a 12 month on $39 + $30 repayment…works out the same and actually get more calls and data, just this afternoon. Was expecting $39 + $35 (same as online deal). Good phone!
