$220 off (was $589) This is by far the cheapest I've seen the V2 version of this case go for. Have been looking to build my first ITX PC and reckon this case will be an easy first try.

    This vs NR200 Max ?

100w less powerful power supply, way less powerful AIO

Just seems kinda gimicky, people want it just to have an Xbox clone?

    • I bought nr200p Max from previous deal and it 408$ delivered, ~ $40 different for the better power supply and cooler are the same anyway, the main point is this case doesnt sell separately like the NR200P so its more interested than the other, just my point of view

      • NR200P Max is different from NR200P, it's not just an added AIO and powersupply

  • OP what are your specs for the itx build?

    • Just gathering parts atm so not 100% decided yet. Im doing graphic design and want something that'll last me a long time to I've bought 64gb ddr4 3200mz Corsair LPX RAM and a 2tb SN850 nvme. I'm looking at getting a 5900x or 12700k when there's a good sale but not 100% sure if the 140mm aio on H1 will handle those. And lastly for the GPU either a 3070ti or 6800 depending on what I can get for a good price.

      • I run a 5950x on 120mm AIO :P
It runs fine, really depends on what you are doing with it. If you don't have high CPU intensive tasks constantly then its not an issue. CPU auto thermal throttles when hitting 90C temps for too long so it handles itself. I wouldn't do this with an Intel CPU though…

      • I personally would've gone for an NR200P MAX, still don't find the cooling to be great even with this V2 release for the CPU with a 120mm AIO, especially higher TDP CPU's such as your i7's and i9's.

      • Good picks. I'll go something similar but might go for Dan H2O case with 240mm aio - will follow optimum tech for advice.
        I'll probably stick with:
        32gb ddr4,
        2tb cruicial P1,
12700k - prefer intel as I think its better for fps games
3080 - once it drops below $1k + I'm not sure if its good to pair this with 12700k. I have to do my research.

Btw, which motherboard have you decided on?

        • Sounds like you've got some nice parts picked out too. I managed to get a 5900x today for $529 from centrecom's eBay site using the $60 off coupon. Not the absolute lowest price it's been but close enough for me. As for the motherboard I haven't got on yet, I keep refreshing ozbargin to see if any deals pop up. What would everyone recommend as the best ITX board to go with a 5900x?

          • @KSinny: https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B07TTP74XR

Can't say it's "the best" cause it's the only ITX board I've ever owned. I can say that I've run 5900x on with all cores at 100% for days on end without any issues. I don't overclock though.

ITX boards in either red or blue flavors seem to be rare now a days.

            • @jonathonsunshine: Solid recommendation. I wouldn't even mind spending a bit more and getting a Z590

            • @jonathonsunshine: Looks good man thanks, I'll probably just get whatever I can find the best deal on.

            • @jonathonsunshine: Still deciding an MB for this case, was gonna get the gigabyte one but it doesnt have front panel usb type c

              • @sushimaster: I ended up getting the MSI B550i Gaming Edge Max Wifi for $279

                • @KSinny: Was this off amazon? I end up getting that gigabyte board…
