      I don’t think it’ll validate the cashback since iirc, the Myer Returns Card is similar to a gift card where you’ve to enter the code at checkout page

    Only giving this a neg because their wording is misleading. I bought $250 of kitchen appliances and a new frying pan and found that this is somehow classed as 'entertainment'. Hope this can save someone else the hassle I went through.

      It clearly says in the description of this deal post. I’ve always used the same format for the Myer ShopBack deal and tried to cover all FAQs in the description

      I am also more than happy to answer your question on which category it falls under before you purchase. Not really worth a neg if it’s a user error then?

        I think you'll find a hard time finding people who consider a frying pan and a blender "entertainment". Not having a go at you, just "everything else" is a bit misleading

          Yup no worries, all good haha. I always use the same title format as if it ain’t broken, why fix it

          I’m limited on the number of words that I can fit on a deal title per the OzB deal posting guidelines. If you think the deal title needs a re-wording, there’s always the report button to the mods

          Also, as I was checking through the previous Myer deal, I noticed that @NotaSpender has also listed the eligible categories for 11% in a reply to your comment too

          My gut tells me it would be 17% as it’s not an appliance of some sort to be classified as Home & kitchen appliances (looking at the breakdowns on an item listing on Myer):

          Home > Dining > Dinnerware > Dinner Sets

          Worst case is you get 11% cashback instead
