Another "up to X percent off" post, with no bargains listed. Yawn.

Read the deal posting guidelines before you post, this is not a free advertising platform.

As we are new to this platform we have just got a message about what we can do! We apologise for the lack of knowledge about this platform.

Don't bullshit me, this is not the first deal you've posted, you should know better, you joined several days ago, that's sufficient time to become familiar with the rules.

        • +1

Our first ad was posted - 25/07/2022 it was removed due to "lack of business details" that has since been cleared up after I worked with the team within Ozbargain. Our ads were able to run again today.

I have recently been sent information about how to ago about doing this correctly.

@Warehouse2Home: You need to post examples of bargains, and demonstrate they are a bargain, not just post an advertisement for your website (and it's catalogue of cheap trash). OzB is being ruined by these sort of spam posts, and we're sick of it. Negging because you are feigning ignorance to sidestep a clear request to abide by the posting guidelines.

          • +3

@Warehouse2Home: At least you are clearly admitting that this is an 'ad'.

    What is the deal?

    • There's up to 70% off the clearance items, plus a extra 15% off at checkout!

      • +4

OMG I have been looking for a 'clearence item' for ages! Can't believe my luck that 'clearance item' is on such a great sale!

        I'm referring to:

If you know there is a good bargain or two in a sale, catalogue or store, it's a good idea to mention one or even two bargains, in the title, and provide direct links where possible, to those items.

Neg for not listing a bargain.

        • I thank you for the feedback that is noted

Wasn’t your previous deal was removed due to lack of business details?

    • That has been since cleared up with the team within Ozbargain - feel free to speak to them about this :)

Another observation…where the hell do you get your 'was' price from?
40 Pack Ajax Eco Respect Multipurpose Wipes Fresh Lemon 'was' $15. Considering that Catch sell 5x the number of wipes for $11 - I truely doubt your 'was' price is true. If it was - your site is a rip off. It it was not true - that would be a breach of ACL.

    • Thank you for brining this to our attention! Clearly it was a human error - it does happen. We are unfortunately not perfect as some others. If you can find it cheaper then please feel free and use those others services. I have made the ecommerce manager aware of this and will be corrected. I hope you enjoy your day.

So the 110 pack at $18 is also an error?

When did you sell at the 'was' prices?

Statements such as 'Was $150/Now $100' or '$150 Now $100' are likely to be misleading if products have not been sold at the specified 'before' or 'strike through' prices in a reasonable period immediately before the sale commences. ACCC

          • @Ham Dragon: I could keep going…I don't understand how the title of the pages is often significantly different to the name of the product, but there are real bargains to find!

        • Thank you for the feedback it has been noted and mentioned it was a mistake the item in question has been removed.

        • $18….

"Our ads were able to run again today."

Yeah, not an advertising platform….please seek alternate arrangements OP.

Also, fake RRP to inflate discount, cant trust seller.

  • +2

    Actually I will keep going.

Why is the ABN that your domain is registered in different to the ABN listed on your website?
And oh boy do I wish I never Googled your other business names…

Had to get a refund through Afterpay, orders not sent, excuses about everything, has anybody else not received their order, company still sending emails spruiking 80% off.

    • +2

Yes, refer to the following deal here https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/716408 and look at my last comment. Well done for getting a refund, that is a good outcome.

      • Yes and still sending emails for 80% off! I lodged the Afterpay dispute and with in a minute the orders had been refunded, I think Oz Bargain need to stop them using their site.

Their last deal yesterday was removed and I have alerted the Moderators so hopefully that will happen.
