  The orders I've made are usually fine, though like Bookdep, they tend to send things in dribs and drabs.
  
  Only times I had problems were when a game got lost (they sent a replacement for free), and one was stuck in perma-undispatched (I ended up buying from Steam and complaining to them, they refunded the amount).

    Quality is about the same as those 60-70 hoodies from everlast/lonsdale find in sport stores, as these are sold along side them in UK in stores like sportsdirect.

Thanks Ash2000 what a great find, I love Ecko gear and have always tried to support them but on a DSP its hard with the cost.. I bought 3, held back I could have bought more and the .99 GBPS shipping was for the total order so even better. Great find for winter. I am not worried like the other commentators saying they didn't get it as I used my Visa Gold and any time I don't get something it's covered by their insurance but either way I have heard The Hut is reliable. Thanks again

  I buy small as I know the material will slightly stretch over a short time period. I'm 22 and consider myself a slim build if that helps.
  EDIT: Last jumper I bought from here was a Small and it fits perfectly. The sleeves are a tad too long though but its a jumper so it doesn't really matter.

  I find with overseas purchases that if they are made there or specifically for a shop front or a good brand name (not a copy) that the sizes in the USA are very large compared to here, the British about the same sizing as here and the French a tad thinner. The guide on "The Hut" site under each garment is good. I bought some Large and XL Polo Ralph Lauren and some Nautica direct from the atates and they are that large I could fit 2 of me in them, yet here I am generally a large to XL or if I buy fvrom China and unknown name I am a XXXXL lol

    Is the sizing different for Ecko clothing sold in the UK or would they be the same as that of the US (seeing as its a US brand if I'm not mistaken). The size guide on the US website indicates that the M is a bit larger than M on thehut's size guide. I changed to S from Zavvi but it was too late to cancel the M from thehut.

  Same here, although I did buy 3 hoodies! Like a true ozbargainer, split my 180+ pounds into 3 separate orders to apply the JUBILEE code 3 times - another 16 pound saving (3 x 6 - 2 for shipping of 2 additional orders)! Unfortunately when I took time to do this, one or two of the hoodie style in my size became out of stock, so had to choose a different style.

Does anyone know about the return policy? What if I order a wrong size?
We are sorry but we are unable to accept the return of the following items unless they are returned unopened (i.e. no broken seals) and/or in the original condition at point of receipt or faulty (please see the section headed "Damaged or faulty items" below):
Certain clothing, all footwear and accessories (these must be returned with the tags/ labels / seals intact)

So can I return it if I don't detach the tags? Just open the box, try clothes on, if wrong size put the item back in the box and return it.
