$20 off Your First Superloop nbn Bill and $16 off Per Month for 6 Months @ Superloop

882
CONNECTNOW22AC

Got this in the email when I was half assedly signing up to different NBN plans (as we all do every 6 months).
Terms and conditions https://www.superloop.com/documents/legal/SuperloopHomeBroad…

I went with the 50/20 option and the following came up in the "Your Contract" section:
"In addition, this promotion - CONNECTNOW22AC - includes $20 once-off credit, $16 off per month for 6 months."

So yeah, it stacks with this deal.

So it's $33.95 the first month, then $53.95 for the following 5 months. According to my cost summary.
Pretty sure the code is universal as it doesn't seem to be a mix of randomly generated gibberish. Sorry if it is targeted, I don't know how to flag this post as targeted.

Edit: Hmm dang, seems like it's targeted?
For reference what I did was:

  1. Go to their website: https://www.superloop.com/

  2. "Check Address" > View NBN Plans

  3. Select NBN Home Standard (50/20) > Signup Now

  4. Enter details, "Choose plan"

  5. Close browser.

  6. Receive email.
Didn't take it seriously at first, but it does say on the email that the code comes with a 48 hour expiry.
So only do this when you plan to actually sign up in the next 48 hours.

    • Scratch that. Clicking on email link takes me to the offer with $20 off. Signed up and was connected in about 15 mins.

      • I agree. Saying that the first month doesn't seem to stack with the orginal discount

        • Not sure i get what you mean?

          • @hazzad: The op said the $20 discount stacks with the 6 month discount on the first month. This doesn't appear to be happening.

            • @pandadude: So you mean that you should get the first month for $33.95 and subsequent 5 months for $53.95? Thats what i got with my offer. Seems thats not the case now for some users as reported below. But was the case a few days ago at least.

  • Just signed up for the 100/20 plan for $48.95/mth (got the first invoice). Thing is, I've been with Superloop just 3 months ago. Do they even check? Or is this deal not exclusively for new customers and is available for everyone?

  • Ita now only $15 month discount. (At least for the 50/20 plan I signed up for.)

    • Yes I agree with this.
I was going to set this up for my parents and did the abandon cart thing on 30/08 and got the email 31/08, I clicked on it and saw the reduced $33.95 for the first month on the 50/20 but didn't have time to finish setting it up. I have just sat down to do it today (01/09) and the $20 off just comes off the $69.95 for the 50/20.
In fact, the order summary seems a little dodgy as it very much looks like $49.95 is the ongoing price but I don't believe that and don't want to risk it, so I'm just going to go back and do it the standard way in this post which is $54.95 per month for 6 months.

Very dodgy sign up process be careful, i got the email with the discount, $20 off first month, and 15 for every month. HOwever after my sign up, i get an email saying it is $69.95 ongoing and $20 one-off credit no mention of the $15 off ongoing !! very dodgy. I Spoke to the agent and he says he has no idea, waiting for someone to call me.

Superloop does not refund prorated refunds.

  • Looks like they may have put a stop to this. The coupon codes didn't work, so I tried these steps and all I got was an email :

Did your internet drop out before you could complete your order? We’re here to help you change that.

You can quickly and easily return to your cart and pick up where you left off by clicking the button below.

    • If you click the link the $20 off first month still applies. I abandoned my cart last night, and got the email this morning.

No mention of additional discount, but definitely still works if you click through - signed up today for first month of 50/20 for $34.95.

Thanks worked for 100/20 for $49.95 first month.
had to speak with live chat to get the bill fixed though as it was coming up $69.95 even though i had received the $20 voucher code

    thankyou OP.

  • I just got this today but it was $20 credit with $15/mo for 6 months for 100/20. It took 24hrs for it to send me the email.

The main point of this post was to state that there is a $20 off promo going on.

Which also stacks with the long running deal here:
      https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/711440

I have changed the title so it makes a little more sense but mods have locked me from editing my own post. Lol.

Seems like the deal works for some people, and it doesn't for some people so the TARGETED tag is there for a reason, but the mods have expired the deal TWICE now.
I cbf keeping this post alive anymore. Congrats to everyone who got their discounts.
