  It's subjective, but I find better looking than the "retro" style mics (think Samson, Yeti) and also not in-your-face "gamer". On the other hand, it takes more space on the desk than the Razer Seiren style stand.
  
  FWIW, it comes with a thread adapter to fit on a boom arm.
