Its 'launch' discount is 10% off, A$20.69 (was A$22.95), however, "if you already own previous games from the series, the same discount will rise to 20%" (~A$18.36), when purchasing Mortal Kombat Trilogy (source: GOG News post).

Mortal Kombat Trilogy, a legendary fighting game, is the new gem in GOG’s kollection of klassics. The release of MK Trilogy highlights the 30th anniversary of Mortal Kombat première in 1992 and is the next step of GOG’s kontinuing efforts to restore klassic games and bring them to the new generations of gamers around the world under the Good Old Games initiative.

Mortal Kombat Trilogy, released originally by Midway in 1996, is the second and final update to Mortal Kombat 3. It features kharacters and stages restored from MK 1 and MK 2 as well as the “Aggressor” bar and new finishing moves. The release was possible thanks to the efforts made by GOG Team, who worked with Warner Bros to make it accessible for modern platforms.

  • Very tempted to get this. But I think my MK game of choice is now MK9 with MK Mobile keeping me entertained when on the move.
