[Afterpay] Huawei Band 6 Activity Tracker $53.46 Shipped @ Allphones via eBay

480
AFPAYDAY

Lowest historical price for the Band 6 from what I can see. It's a budget smartwatch that competes with the likes of Xiaomi's Redmi Smart Band Pro and it was initially released in early 2021. It's no longer the latest model and has been superseded by the more expensive Huawei Band 7, but from what I can see, the specifications are nearly identical with the only change stated being a 2 gram reduction in weight.

Highly popular on amazon, with 4.5 stars based on 8,819 ratings.

    • only for freebies or via your phone ;)
This is to save you $s

  • Can we receive message same as apple watch?

    • +7

yes it can, having for more than a year or two. can last for 7 days at least for each charge with msg notification on. may able to make it 10 days if its off.

        Thank you.

      • How's the step count measurement? Bought the Amazfit and it's a real disappointment

        • I say it's alright, never really compare it to my apple watch gen3 with super disappointed battery life. It gets similar record as 3rd party app on my phone.so I reckon it's fine. I mainly use it forsleep and heart rates monitor, they are pretty accurate I reckon.

          • @EQT: Ok thanks. Amazfit says HR of 70 is too high. Hopeless.

            • @stockastics: where does Amazfit say HR of 70 is too high?

My Amazfit Band 5 has only said HR is too high when it's 150/160+

              • @mightyhawks23: My Amazfit gt watch says it all the time

                • @stockastics: Sounds like it's a settings issue?

According to google you can adjust it by going into

Zepp app > profiles > YOUR DEVICE > heart rate monitoring > heart rate alert

A note however, I believe messages are cut off to a limited amount of characters, so with longer messages you might not be able to read the whole thing

In regards to the heart rate accuracy, it doesn't seem that bad to put as a miss at least according to this https://youtu.be/QDQzzyQFYQs?t=787
Same channel but another video comparing various devices, this one is >0.9 https://i.imgur.com/HPoYav7.png

    • Thanks for sharing the vid-link …

Is this good for sleep tracking? That’s my most needed feature. I heard apple is best, but don’t want to pay 10x the price for only one feature I want ..

    • Fitbit also has great sleep tracking. If you pay premium subscription, you also get advanced features like snore detection and monitoring.

      • Having used both, I think the Fitbit fitness features are superior.

Pity the hardware was subpar, at least as recently as the charge4

        • true. I've had two Fitbit charge 4 die on me. I've since got a Fitbit Sense and it's been flawless, as if it was built to different quality standards.

          • @vrsac: I guess the Google ownership must have changed things.

    • Film yourself sleeping if you want accurate sleep tracking

    • +1

It's pretty bad for sleep tracking. Any movement turns the display on and you cant adjust brightness low enough.

      • I gave mine away but I recall there were settings to turn off 'raise to wake' between X times of the day, somewhere on the Huawei Health app. Otherwise you can just turn on DND manually and it also won't light up until you turn it off.

The band 7 also has always on display

  • Can these be synced to an exercise bike app like Yesoul

  • +2

Can get the 7 through AliExpress for very similar pricing and it's the newest model

    • There now is the 7 Pro too for a bit extra…

  • Can other devices/apps connect to its heart rate monitor via BLE?

  • but from what I can see, the specifications are nearly identical with the only change stated being a 2 gram reduction in weight.

2g is a deal breaker for me I'm afraid

  • Code does not work?

    • +1

You need to use Afterpay when checking out. It does not work with other payment methods.

You can still pay partially with Gift Cards, but it is mandatory to pay the remainder with Afterpay.

      • Thanks

  • Do we need to use Afterpay? I like to use my eBay gift card

  • Just a word of warning, I have a version of this watch with NFC, but it is restricted to only using Alipay.
