I've been waiting for this phone to come down in price for a while and $349.00 + $19 shipping seems pretty good for me.

Pity the RAZR MAXX is not available as I have heard the battery life on this is shocking!

  You can purchase the Motorola Razr Maxx from MobiCity. I am currently testing one at the moment, and the battery life is sensational! My HTC Velocity 4G will only last two hours of heavy use, whereas the Razr Maxx will literally last you a full day of heavy use (6AM - late at night, in my case).

Fuu- I bought 2 days ago in the free shipping sale for $399 shipped. I'm going to shoot them an email to see if there's any chance of getting the new price.
