    Length: 4000mm

    Is it 1.2m or 4m?

    40w doesnt seem that low

    • 100 lm/W… not great, not terrible for LED.

Got a 12v version suitable for caravans or solar?

  • Does anyone know if someone makes a tube replacement in LED rather than having to replace the entire fitting?

These are great. no flicker as they turn on

They come with their own starter

      • They look good, but considering you need two of them for most fixtures, it's already more expensive than the one in the OP. And then on top of that they aren't any brighter. Surely they should be that expensive?

With the OP one, if you get it fitted e.g. By a Sparky, and the light goes, can you replace just the led strip inside? Unlikely I guess, since most LEDs are set up glued to heatsinks and the such. No great solution IMO yet, besides up's killing yourself to be able to fit them

  • Sounds like a bargain to me

  • Would 4 of these be enough to make a double garage well lit?

    • I've got 6 single ones in my shed. Not led though

    • Thats 16,000 lumens! Well lit for an office or workshop. A single 800 lumen bulb would be plenty for parking cars :-)
