Car Rental for Provisional Drivers at Hobart, Tasmania

Hi, I was looking at car rental options for my sister who is on her second year of provisional license. What are some websites or apps that let provisional drivers rent cars?

I have looked at a few providers, either they do not match the flight time or they do not allow P2

Saw a comparison article say SIXT allowed provisional drivers but their website says SIXT "recognises all current non-provisional and non-probationary Australian driver's licences and current overseas licences."

Please suggest any websites or apps if you have used as a provisional license holder. Thank you.

Criteria:

3 days trip between 14th september 9pm to 17th September, 5pm.
Preferrably Hobart International Airport or CBD
Accepts Provisional license that has been held for more than a year

    Yes, provisional licence holds are accepted. You must meet our age requirement and have at least one year unsupervised driving experience. All drivers need a valid driver’s licence. A current acceptable overseas, Australian or International licence is required from all drivers.

    Thats pretty late to be looking to book a rental. There can be some real shortages.

    Hertz accept provisionals as long as they have held it for at least 1 year (double check if they require age to be 21+ or not though)
    GoGet might be an option if willing to use carshare services.

    I know East Coast Car Rentals down in hoboart let. You do need to buy their waiver policy
    The have a shuttle that picks you up from right outside the airport

    Can I rent a car if I have a Provisional Licence?
    Yes. Australian drivers holding a Provisional Licence (P-plate) can rent a car from East Coast Car Rentals under the following conditions:

    The provisional driver must have held his/her licence for a minimum period of 12 months
    A P-plate must be displayed on your rental vehicle at all times and in keeping with the rules and regulations of the state you are driving in
    The Customer must purchase the Loss Damage Waiver [LDW] protection option at the time of collection of the vehicle
    An age surcharge applies to all provisional drivers aged between 21 to 24 years-old and must be reflected in the Rental Agreement at the time of collection of the vehicle
    The Customer must abide by the restrictions applied to their provisional licence at all times
