TV for a rental property

I need to supply tenants with a new TV, (I stupidly promised them that I would when I bought the DSE Sanyo 40 inch… but then I liked it and ended up putting it in my room - i didn't have a tv in my room before)

Any decent deals going around?

    Well if you live anywhere near any of the DSE's that are closing down, they are at 40% off at least (??).

    All very nice for your tennants, I guess. Just remember if you provide something like that you're going to be up for repairing or replacing it if it plays up.

    We've sold a stack of these. Great value TV. Large enough for a mid sized living area and with pretty decent picture quality as well considering the measily price.
