Is Citibank down at the moment?

Can people who are with Citibank confirm whether they are able to login to their account?
I can't seem to be able to log in for whole day and Citibank customer service is saying there's no issue they can see from their end?
I get a message saying "Temporary Delay, System currently unavailable. Please try again later".

    A bit slow but I can login ok via chrome on computer and via app.

          Spent 1 hour on the phone with them and they deleted my user id and got me to register a new one.
          No idea how something like this even happens.

    Try resetting your username via 'Forgot Username'. I had the same issue and realised they dropped the @etc etc part of my email which causes the issue.
