Made Mistake Switching to Exetel

Went from Superloop to Exetel for a discount of $17 a month but Exetel is PPPoE only so it does not work with my Eero router.
Can't connect Eero router to the internet either (obviously) to upgrade it's firmware. (Apparently new firmware allows the router to do PPPoE)

What is the cheapest & fastest provider I could switch to now? Looking for 50 down plans

    Can you manually give it the firmware file? And download it via tethering with your phone?

    Use the 7 day free trial from Launtel (no coupon code) and get your 1st month for free with Aussie BB if you haven't been with them in the last 6 months. They both use the IPoE protocol.

    In regards to your eero;

    As of the release of eeroOS v6.6.1 and eero App version 6.13.0, eero 6, eero 6+, eero Pro 6 & eero Pro 6E now support PPPoE.

    Does eero support PPPoE?

      Thanks I went with this for now, I think AussieBB activates quickly (within 1-2 hrs in most cases)

    Go to Superloop…. same price (I think give or take a $1) Mind you Exetel has 30 day cancel period though ….

        Forgot phone #.

        • Just google it…

          The number should come up on page 1.

  • Take your eero to a friend's place to get them updated.

    Take your eero to a friend's place and flush it down the toilet :P

    • Flush it down using water from your shower. The ozb way to save water.
