Anyone have issues accessing the BOQ app since yesterday around 7pm? Customer care seems to be unavailable on weekends either.

I usually have great experiences with their customer care, usually pickup within 15 minutes and everyone I’ve gotten so far seems to be really good

Yeah, not working for me either. Very annoying!
I also experienced an issue on Friday where I tried to transfer funds from BOQ to another financial institution and it did not work for about 5 hours (IT issue according to phone person).
Disappointing these issues are popping up as they have been pretty good.
Edit - appears a new version of the app needs to be downloaded to fix issue. https://www.boq.com.au/IBHelp/IBStatus
