    That's a long list of exclusions. Cutting out negotiated deals is the real killer, I've found.

    so if i paid with a GC, would the cashback amount only be what i actually paid? (eg; i buy something $100, using a $40 GC, my potential cashrewards amount would only be 12% of $60?)

      It worked for me. 'price check' is not the same as "negotiated deals (phone/email/chat)". Mine got tracked and paid. It was on feb 2022

    Good Guys Ebay have 12% off for Ebay Plus customers ($300 cap), so might be better for some if you want the discount up front….
