I dont think you understand what rack said, I like your idea of buying a couple of wallets or socks for like $10, and stacking it up - I think Rack is saying the purchase price has to be $60 or more, so you can in theory buy the $100 jacket, but im pretty sure they would limit one voucher per purchase.
