It was about 1h20m for me? I was just absentmindedly tapping while watching youtube though.
Perhaps an hour or so. Was having the afternoon off, so I thought why not try and win the Iphone first crack. I think I've refined the technique such that going for 20k points should be quite quick now.

Be warned, most owners of these donut king stores (Chinese appearance) hate giving free stuff. I've been treated badly by few of them (all Chinese appearance) more recently I went to get my birthday drink and was abused the hell out of the Chinese appearance owner (man) at the Mt Druitt store for just doing that. Very judgemental. He was raving on you only come for free drink, you never come here before and totally abused me in front of other people. I have reported him. These people have contract agreements they are suppose to abide by but they don't like it. Why get a franchise if you're going be like this? We can live in one area and go to another donut king up the coast or any store. It is not up to them to say anything. They should bring it up with the Donut King Franchise owner not us. So be warned people that you may get abused.
Well I don't know about Donut King specifically, but that seems to be the way most of these promo competitions happen. Similar thing happens whenever Pizza Hut or Domino's have promos.
It's nice to claim free stuff but even if you do purchase with your order it tends to be an off-putting experience. I think that as part of the franchise they are required to take part in the event but none of them really want to.
I know for the pizza one they do reimburse for the ingredient cost but I still had a few bad experiences from that promo.

Donut King have mentioned that you can only hold one of each prize in that app at any time. E.g. if you have a cinnamon doughnut in your prize list and when you try and redeem points, only cinnamon doughnuts are left then you will get the no donuts left today message. If you claim the cinnamon doughnut in store then redeem after its removed from your prize list, you are then able to collect a new cinnamon donut prize from redeeming.
Not sure about that, I have several ICONIC worse than no donut prizes. Maybe it is non redeemable prizes can double up
Possibly, below is the message from Donut King in response to the "No Donuts Left!" message:

This message means there's no more donuts available for the player today.
The app won't award double ups of the same prize to the same player if they haven't already claimed their prize.
Eg. Players can't stack up several cinnamon donuts rewards.
So if that's the only prize available, but the player already has one and hasn't gone in to claim it, they won't be able to earn more.

This isn’t a very good competition and the terms and conditions aren’t very clear at all.
Also an ‘associate’ states prizes reset at 9am AEST, yet I was able to get a prize just now at 6:30 am AEDT.
