    Question 1:
    For this condition: Customers who have signed up with broadband/NBN connection through Econnex Comparison during the last 6 months, will not be eligible for this offer.
    I have signed up on 27th May 2022 for Superloop with Activation date: 1 Jun 2022
    Can I signup for this one now and put activation date as 1 Dec 2022 or I have to wait till 27th Nov 2022?

    Question2:
    Exetel has 30 days of Notice Period, Is that condition same for this plan?

    Question 3:
    Can I change plan after 30 days and will still get $100 voucher?

      You need to read the terms. Sounds like you are trying to churn through these which isn't in the spirit of it or within the terms. Why would you get a voucher at 90-120 days when you quit on day 30?

      • If your broadband service is cancelled within the first 30 days from the activation of the services, it would be deemed invalid and you will not be eligible to receive the offer.

        If they mean 120 days they need to say that. But OP has confirmed before you only have to stay 30 days, at least with electricity/gas.

      • Hey drfuzzy, please don't be confused with terms and conditions, 30 days is the activation criteria to be fulfilled and our team needs time to get the vouchers and send them out to the eligible customers, that is a tedious task, which takes time, that is the reason gift cards are sent out by email up to 90-120 days.

        • If my nbn is activated on 1st December then cancelled on 31st December, would I have fulfilled the 30 days activation criteria?

      Hey H B, Ans 1- yes you will be eligible for this deal if you choose your activation date on or after 1 Dec 2022.

      Ans 2- yes condition of 30 days of Notice Period is applied on all Exetel plans.

      Ans 3- According to the terms and conditions, if your broadband service is cancelled within the first 30 days from the activation of the services, it would be deemed invalid and you will not be eligible to receive the offer.

  • After telling a friend who's about to relocate about this, she tried to sign up at around 8pm last night, only to find it was expired.

    "Offer valid until 9th Nov 2022, 10:00 PM" Guess EDT was missing off the end.
    Seems a weird time, rather than 11:59pm. Which would be 8:59 in WA.
