200 for a shoe??
Pretty normal for high end running shoes. I usually get over 900kms out of mine

1km= 200/900 = 22cent/kmCongrats. You can do maths.
After trying several different types of shoes I buy these - they stay comfortable and outlast any cheaper shoe I've tried. Most shoes have compacted soles after 6 months, I can wear these until the outer sole is worn through, usually about 2 years. I usually wait until I can get them under $150 though.

Yep. Bought my first pair in 2019, replaced with new ones at the end of 2021, and they're still going strong. I don't do much running anymore so expect less if they get heavy use - but I wear them almost every day and last well.
@U30004: I'm open to cheaper suggestions - so far these are the best I've found to keep comfort without replacing them every few months.
