I bought a Ryzen 5600X CPU from them nearly a month ago. I thought I was going to get a coupon code as part of the AMD Performance To Advance Your Adventure Promotion, because the promotion is on their website and AMD's website lists them as a retailer, but I never received anything. I've messaged them twice but haven't gotten a response from them.
Has anybody else had any issues?
And how do I do that when I need a coupon code provided by the seller?
Update: Just over a week ago, I sent them another message through their website contact form and signed up to twitter, so I could tweet them. Still no response.
They've had no problem quickly responding to a whole bunch of other tweets that were sent after mine though.
At this point, I think I'm going to have to contact AMD directly. I made my purchase at the end of October and it's now December.
Did you follow the redemption link and create an AMD account and follow the redemption process?
