A brilliant piece of tech for those who appreciate the compact design, gamepass on the cheap and aren't frame rate and resolution snobs.

      A complete win for Microsoft.

      Mate, it's $400.

      Usually $350-380.

It's not for me but there's nothing wrong with this price and gamepass

I'm aware of that note on ShopBack, but there actually isn't even an option to make purchases with the use of gift cards during checkout.

They first have to be redeemed to your Microsoft store balance and you then choose that as your payment method.

Myself and many others here on OzBargain have confirmed that Microsoft store balance as payment method is eligible for cashback.

Upsized cashback has expired though and is back down to 1.3% so looking at only $5.19 cashback on consoles now.

        • Oh~ I didn't know that! Thanks a lot!

  • If you don’t mind second hand these are pretty cheap on marketplace. I picked up one still under warranty for $250 they guy had a hot date on tinder and needed some cash

Hot date? Seriously….hope the date was worth it.

Xbox will always let you play with it….never has a headache, always willing to make you happy…

300ish I reckon is very common on FB, atleast in SA.

Some delirious idiots obviously think it's worth purchase price or worse occasionally….

Buy Gift cards with AMEX to pay for this

"Amex Statement Credit" $150 back from $500+ spending @Microsoft online - use the rest for gold or games.

    • This is what I'm thinking might be the best option for me. Do you think there's a chance there'll be a better deal on the Series S before this offer ends (12th of December) or best to buy now?

      • +1

Maximum may be $50 = $100 discount (which you get about $50 discount combining with AMEX anyway) if deals stacked. Otherwise don't see anything coming up. Then again, would any store have any stock left is another question.
