Not sure if these are one of the permanently free eBooks or not, but it seems they actually sell the Best in Travel in hardcopy for actual cash (~12 bucks off Amazon), so the ebook version must worth something.

Woah, a sea of unpublished red. What happened?

something off-topic! like these two comments.

      People trolling about iTunes…

  •

My first comment, which has been deleted and is followed by a sea of unpublished comments, pointed out that the first title is not available for free on either Amazon or at Lonely Planet.

The OP has not yet corrected this, and the mod who removed all of my comment hasn't updated the post either.

    Fair warning.

The first book is free on itunes, the 2nd is free there and elsewhere.
The title is fine, but the link to Amazon and Lonely Planet for the 1st book should probably be removed.

I was listing them (Amazon and LP) as a reference to the cost of the book, as stated in my opening paragraph. Updated it to make it more clear.

Btw, Postulative you merely stated you don't want iTunes to mess up your PC in your original comment, you did not state anything about Amazon or LP.

and thanks OP, the 2nd book is quite useful to me.

Not correct, I stated both of those points before discussing iTunes. Go back and read my original post.

          Oh, wait…

Yes, it was front and centre.

And now that I've re-read the OP, it is clear that the two other links for reference only. I apologise if the original posting had that and I somehow missed it.

Ditto to the OP – I correctly understood those other links as being price references.

  •

Anyone got free link for these books ?

  •

thanks for that, going to be very handy when i go to europe next month

  •

If you are interested in PC versions: Amazon is only the Kindle version. Google requires a sign up then wants your CC details, Ebookstore signup didn't work - possibly because it only wants Canadian or US citizens?? Meh.

Went through the process and says it is a "Promo" book?
