According to MS webpage:Register your details at www.microsoft.com.au/hardwarecash during the redemption period. The redemption period is 24.5.2012 to the 19.7.2012.
Mail your completed online form with a copy of your purchase receipt. Mail the completed form and a copy of your purchase receipt to: Microsoft Hardware Cash-Back Promotion, PO BOX 6066 Silverwater NSW 1811 by 19th of July 2012.

Yea, still remember the Sennheiser headphone I ordered from Mwave was making strange sound on arrival, the clowns refused to exchange and declined to provide any assistance. Syntec (the distributor) swapped the headphone no questions asked. I'm surprise these clowns are still in business.

- Mwave does not provide any warranty and consumers must deal directly with the manufacturer;
- warranties arising from statute do not apply; and
- the consumer is required to pay any shipping costs incurred in returning the faulty good to Mwave;
