    I've previously received credit from Amex for paying Telstra bills through this so can't see why you wouldn't be able to.

  Targeted. Be careful with Telstra. Their current post-paid mobile plans are a complete rip-off for $58/month or greater. Their NBN plans are likewise considerably overpriced unless you really value their home phone inclusions, 4G backup, and/or network speeds.
